摘要:
目的:探讨三甲医院骨科人力资源配比与护士工作量的关系。方法:采用一般情况调查表、骨科护士工作量评估表对132名骨科护士进行调查,采用SPSS17.0统计学软件处理数据,进行描述统计、方差分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果:不同职称、护龄、班次和科室床护比的护士工作量有显著不同(P<0.05,P<0.01),相关分析显示职称、护龄、床护比与护士工作量呈显著负相关(P<0.01),回归分析显示职称、护龄和床护比对骨科护士工作量的预测系数分别为-0.349、-0.353和-0.374(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:三甲医院骨科护理人力资源配置对护理工作量有显著影响。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the relationship between human resources matching and the workload of nurses in the department of orthopedics in the hospital at grade Ⅲ level.Methods:The general information questionnaire,assessment questionnaire of workload of nurses in the department of orthopedics were used to investigate 132 nurses in the department of orthopedics and the data was processed by using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:The workload of nurses were significantly different in the different bed/nurse ratio,different titles,nursing age,and shift(P<0.05,P<0.01);the correlation analysis showed that the title,nursing age,bed/nurse ratio was negatively correlated with workload of nurses(P<0.01);the regression analysis showed that the prediction coefficients of title,nursing age and bed/nurse ratio for workload of nurses in the department of orthopedics were respectively -0.349,-0.353 and -0.374(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The human resources matching has significant effect on the nursing workload in the department of orthopedics at grade Ⅲ level.
