目的：探讨情绪渗透疗法对腭裂术后患儿语音清晰度和生活质量的影响。方法：将腭裂术后语音障碍的80例患儿随机分为干预组41例和对照组39例，干预组采用语音训练配合情绪渗透疗法，对照组采用语音训练和常规护理方法。分别于干预前、干预1个月、2个月、3个月时采用汉语语音清晰度测试字表对两组患儿的语音清晰度进行测评，同时在干预前和干预3个月采用中文版儿童生存质量测定量表体系对两组患儿进行生活质量测评，比较两组患儿语音清晰度及生活质量情况。结果：两组患儿干预后语音清晰度与干预前比较均有所改善；干预组患儿干预2个月、3个月的语音清晰度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预组患儿生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：情绪渗透疗法可以提高腭裂术后患儿语音清晰度，改善患儿生活质量。
- Abstract:
- Objective:To investigate the effect of emotional osmosis model on the postoperative speech intelligibility and quality of life of children with cleft palate surgery.Methods:80 children with postoperative speech disorder after cleft palate repair were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=41) and the control group(n=39).The speech training combined with emotional osmosis model was adopted in the intervention group；the speech training combined with routine nursing care was taken in the control group.The speech intelligibility of the children was tested and evaluated by using the "Chinese voice definition testing words table" before the intervention and after the intervention for one month，2 and 3 months respectively in the two groups；at the same time the life quality of the children were assessed by using measurement of life quality of children（Chinese version) before the intervention and after the intervention for 3 months in the two groups.The speech intelligibility and quality of life of the children were compared between the two groups.Results:The speech intelligibility were improved after the intervention than that before the intervention in the two groups；the speech intelligibility was clearer in the intervention group than the control group after the intervention for 2 and 3 months（P<0.05)；the scores of quality of life of the children were higher in the intervention group than those in the control group（P<0.05).Conclusion:The emotional osmosis model can improve the life quality as well as the postoperative speech intelligibility of children with cleft palate operation.
