摘要:
目的:海南省探讨某三甲医院呼吸内科无陪护模式病房的人力资源配置。方法:在文献查阅、专家咨询基础上确定直接护理项目和间接护理项目,采用观察法统计直接护理时间与间接护理时间,测量护理工作量,计算呼吸内科病房的人力配备。结果:无陪护模式病房床护比为1:0.45。每例患者直接护理时间为89.19 min/d,间接护理时间为42.11 min/d。不同日常生活能力评分、不同护理级别的患者直接护理时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。APN不同班次直接护理时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对无陪护模式病房的人力资源配置进行研究有助于提高护理质量,优化护理服务。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the human resource allocation in the ward without caregiver’s attending in the respiratory department of a certain hospital of hainan province at grade III-A level.Methods:The direct nursing items and indirect nursing items were determined on the basis of literature consulting and expert consultation.The observation method was used to calculate the direct nursing time and indirect nursing time and measure the nursing workload in order to find out the real human resource allocation of the ward in the respiratory department.Results:The bed / nurse ratio was 1:0.45 in the ward without caregiver’s attending.The direct nursing time for each patient was 89.19 min/d and the indirect nursing time was 42.11 min/d.There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the direct nursing time between the patients with different ADL score and different level of nursing care (P<0.05);the comparison of the direct nursing time between the different shifts of APN scheduling was significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The research on human resource allocation in the ward without caregiver’s attending in the respiratory department is helpful to improve the nursing quality and optimize nursing service.
