- 探讨术后延伸护理对永久性结肠造口患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法：将81例永久性结肠造口患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组41例,对照组患者在复诊时给予结肠造口护理指导，观察组在对照组基础上实施术后延伸护理干预。采用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)和健康调查简表(SF-36)进行疗效评估。结果:两组6个月后ESCA、SF-36各维度评分明显高于入组时评分，且观察组6个月后ESCA、SF-36各维度评分明显高于对照组6个月后评分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延伸护理有利于改善永久性结肠造口术后患者的生活质量,提高患者自我护理能力。
- Abstract:
- Objective：To explore the effect of extended nursing care on self-care ability and quality of life of patients with permanent colon stoma after operation.Methods：A total of 81 patients with permanent colon stoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，40 in the observation group and 41 in the control group.The control group was given colon stoma nursing guidance in subsequent visit，while the observation group was given the extended nursing care after operation on the basis of the control group.Efficacy evaluation was carried out by using Self Care Ability Scale(ESCA)and Health Survey Short Form(SF-36).Results：After 6 months，two groups′ each dimension of ESCA and SF-36 scores was significantly higher than that of the beginning，and the observation group′s each dimension of ESCA and SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Extended nursing care is beneficial for the improvement in the quality of life of patients after permanent colon stoma and the self-care ability of patients.
