摘要:
目的：探讨奥马哈系统护理模式对鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者生活质量、精神状况和并发症的影响。方法：将86例鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各43例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用奥马哈系统护理模式；比较分析两组护理前后生活质量评分、精神状况评分和并发症发生率情况。结果：观察组护理后躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、认知功能、情绪功能和总体生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、敌对、强迫、偏执和精神病性症状评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：奥马哈系统护理模式运用于鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者中，可提高生活质量，改善精神状态，降低并发症发生率。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the influence of Omaha system nursing mode on the quality of life,mental status and complications in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods:A total of 86 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 43 patients.The control group was treated with routine nursing care,and the observation group was treated with Omaha system nursing mode.The quality of life scores,mental status scorse and complication rate were compared between two groups before and after nursing care.Results:After nursing,the observation group′s physical function,role function,social function,cognitive function,emotional function and overall quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing,the observation group′s evaluation scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,obsessivecompulsive,paranoid and psychotic symptoms were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Omaha system nursing mode can be used to improve the quality of life,improve the mental status and reduce the incidence of complications in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
