目的：探讨人文护理干预模式对乳腺癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法：将150例乳腺癌放疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各75例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施人文护理干预模式，比较两组护理前后癌症患者生活质量核心问卷(QLQC30)评分。结果：观察组护理后QLQC30评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：人文护理干预模式可提高乳腺癌放疗患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 150 cases of breast cancer radiotherapy patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the humanistic nursing intervention mode on the basis of the control group.The questionnaire(QLQC30) score of the quality of life of the two groups before and after the nursing was compared.Results:The score of QLQC30 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mode of humanistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer radiotherapy.
